What’s it all about
Us V Them is a firm coffee-fanatic favourite here in Glasgow. Their inaugural site is within touching distance of the iconic Barrowland Ballroom and Barras open-air market, so if you find yourself in the East End exploring some of Glasgow’s historic venues, you’d be wise to pop in. Not only a coffee bar serving first class coffee, Us V Them doubles up as a coffee workshop, thanks to passionate owners who are highly knowledgeable about the coffee making equipment.
Their second site can be found on Sauchiehall Street, nestled right next door to our beloved Grounds for Recycling partners, Sprigg. Both venues serve a variety of blends, from local speciality roasters, such as Dear Green Coffee to artisan blends from Europe, Colombia, and beyond.
Taking the future of coffee seriously, the team behind Us V Them also run workshops to help young people learn how to repair coffee equipment, providing them with real world qualifications and training for jobs.
