What’s it all about
The Glad Café is a cool and cosy vegan hangout that’s a great place to catch up with pals over a coffee. The Glad uses beans from Glasgow based roastery, Dear Green Coffee, which you can enjoy straight up or with a range of milk alternatives. The Glad Café’s vegan food menu includes a wide selection of cakes and pastries for those with a sweet tooth. It also has plenty for those who love small sharing plates – and who don’t! The Glad Café gets livelier at night, and frequently hosts live gigs, community nights and other artistic events.

We’ve heard of some great potential uses for our used grounds, but we’ve never been able to tie up the logistics of getting our waste to the people who can use it.
