What’s it all about
Found in the hip neighbourhood of Finnieston, The 78 is a relaxed, cosy space to pop in for a drink. DJs and live musicians perform weekly, marking the perfect soundtrack while you enjoy their extensive drinks menu or browse the mini bottle shop. Although The 78 doesn’t serve food, you won’t be left disappointed by the extensive selection of thirst-quenching drinks. The 78 also serves great coffee from Glasgow based roastery, Dear Green Coffee, which can be had with a selection of dairy-free milks, in line with its vegan ethos.
‘Coffee waste has been on our minds for a long time. We’ve known about some great potential uses for our used grounds, but we’ve never been able to tie up the logistics of getting our waste to the people who are able to use it. We’re thrilled this campaign is stepping in to support the industry and help create those relationships.’
– Chris Amos, General Manager, The 78
