Soul Food Kitchen are one of Glasgow’s true hidden gem venues that firmly deserves to be on everyone’s radar. Launched with the aim of making nutritionally balanced, delicious plant-based food more accessible to the people of Glasgow, Soul Food Kitchen do exactly that. Sourcing ingredients from local suppliers ensures only the freshest produce is available.
They also have an extensive drinks menu including vibrant juices and smoothies, organic roasted coffee from Circular Glasgow ambassador, Dear Green Coffee, whole-leaf teas and not forgetting their stunning kombucha on tap!
Working with sustainability in mind, all takeaway packaging is fully compostable. In partnership with Dear Green Coffee, Soul Food Kitchen have also adopted reusable tubs for storing their organic coffee beans. These tubs have already saved thousands of coffee bags from landfill over the past few years.
As well as food offerings, Soul Food Kitchen also work with the community, holding workshops on everything from food photography to fermentation.
