Piece
Speciality Sandwiches
What’s it all about
Piece, otherwise known as a ‘sandwich’ in Scottish slang, is a favourite lunchtime go-to for us Glaswegians. Here, you can pick from a list of mouth-watering gourmet sandwiches that are made to order before your very eyes. They’re generously portioned, and have up to 15 locally sourced ingredients across the menu. And of course, everyone knows a sarnie should be accompanied by a good strong coffee. Why not try one of their locally roasted cappuccinos, flat whites, lattes or cold brews? This takeaway treat is ideal for those who like to have their lunch on the go, or pack in a panier to enjoy as a pit-stop picnic.
‘We have been passionate about coffee for the past 15 years and know that food waste is one of the biggest issues for our industry to tackle. This is the perfect opportunity to work side by side with our hospitality community to reduce our waste, learn more about sustainability and benefit the iconic Glasgow Botanic Gardens in the process.’
